At PDXHosting we pride ourselves on not being just another hosting drone. yet we like to think we're the type of hosting company that 'does things right' weather it be with server configuration or customer service and flexibility.

In the end it all comes down to customer satisfaction. We'll bend over backwards to make sure things are right. If that means educating the customer on what the right way of doing things then that's what we'll do. Does that mean we'll never conflict with our customers? By all means no. Sometimes our customers are 100% wrong. And we'll let them know! But an no time will we see a problem or opportunity and pass on it.

We value our customers and at every step will try to work with them. But at the same time; we will not compromise our quality or service or standards.

If you're looking for the cheapest solution we're probably not it. If you're looking for the best price-per-penny solution; again we're probably not what you're looking for.

Our customer base spans from the 1 hits-per-day website to 1,000,000 hits per day website. But in the end our job is to make sure the customer's presence is stable on the Internet. And rest assured we won't commit to that unless we know we can get the job done.
